with your current host: Generally we can work
with your current host. After listening to your needs
we will recommend whether or not it makes economical sense
to keep your current host. Some functionality depends
on the host and you may save money by using our hosting

Another
factor
we take into account when rebuilding or updating your
site is how your site was originally created. People build
sites using all types of software and methods of coding.
There may be special server dependent functionality or
third party services to that should be retained or substituted
to with a new method. We may even decline to take on your
project if specific language or other technicalities mean
we aren't qualified to update your site. We will not commit
to the project if we can't economically service you and
we will not promise to do something that we cannot deliver.
Search
engine placement: The most common question
we are asked concerns search engine placement. No one
can guarantee high search engine placement. However, we
take all the necessary steps to see that you have a fighting
chance in the competition for a ranking. We create code
that best suits your business and appeals to one group
of search engines and build pages in a scheme that appeals
to other types of search engines. We will submit your
site to search engines for you and can recommend other
services that will continue to do this for you.
Update
your own site: Occasionally a client prefers
to maintain the site after we are finished with the project.
We offer on-site consultation using Macromedia Dreamweaver
on both Windows and Mac platforms. A number of our clients
have been successful in updating their own site after
a 4 to 8-hour consultation. Let us know in the initial
consultation if you want to handle site updates. We will

update specified areas of content.
