Many of my painting are done on commission. People see something they like and ask me to create something for them. You provide an outline of your thinking. It's simple... I come up with an idea and run it by you. You approve the idea. I do the painting. I post a web page with the photographic results and you approve the results. I then pack up the works and get back to you with your total, which would be an agreed to amount plus shipping. I've never asked for money up front for the standard request. We believe in the honor systemt around these parts. I always try to stick to actual shipping cost... but may add a fee to cover materials.
