This is a drawing of a woman who worked across the street from my window at some government agency. She spent all day... it seems... standing outside smoking. That pissed me off... my tax dollars at work. Now don't get me wrong... even if she was working I would still be pissed off... why we keep empowering government... and piling it on... I'll never know.
